Following act no. 365 issued by the Iranian regulatory body and based on announcement no. 1682 published in the energy management information system, as of August 22, power-plant-based day-ahead SCUC will be executed as our base day-ahead auction in IREMA in which instead of taking offer curves for each generating unit, day-ahead SCUC program will postulate the received offer curves for each power plant. Doing so, the market participants will enjoy more market rules compliancy regarding other trading environments, e.g. power exchange and intra-day market, which act upon power-plant-based mechanism.
