The total volume outside the electricity market (sum of energy exchange and bilateral rates) of industrial subscribers above one megawatt reached about 38.2 billion kilowatt hours, which is equivalent to about 13% of the total value of electricity.
According to the report of the Vice President of the Electricity Market, industrial subscribers above one megawatt have supplied their electricity needs by 3.8 billion kilowatt hours through the energy exchange and 34.4 billion kilowatt hours through bilateral contracts. Also, the volume of electricity transactions in the wholesale market during this period was 255.5 billion kilowatt hours. According to this report, the volume of transactions outside the electricity market in December 2023 was equal to 4.89 billion kilowatt-hours, of which 0.38 billion kilowatt-hours is related to the share of the energy exchange and 4.51 billion kilowatt-hours is related to the share of bilateral transactions.
