The operational procedure for selling electricity from small-scale power plants in the Energy Exchange and through bilateral contracts has been announced.

Following the notification No. 1403/11/125802 from Tavanir Company regarding the conclusion of bilateral contracts or offering electricity in the Energy Exchange by small-scale power plants, the plant owner must submit their request to the Regional Electricity Company. Additionally, introduction to the Energy Exchange is subject to compliance with the requirements set by dispatching control centers. The maximum sale capacity requested by each power plant in the Energy Exchange, if it has guaranteed contracts, is limited to 50% of the plant's actual capacity.
