5. Average Price of Electricity Purchase
Average electricity purchase price in the spot market has the following trend. In spring
time, it recorded a level around 600 Rials per kwh and then peaked in summer at approx-
imately 1000 Rials per KWH before falling to less than 600 Rials per KWH by the end of
the year. It should be noted that the price in fall was higher than the price in spring, which
