We in IGMC believe that the transparency of the

competition environment is an essential element toward
the market efficiency and we intend to improve the market
transparency by means of annual and quarterly reports
on the overall transactions within IREMA and key indices
regarding market performance during the last three
years. We are committed to maintain a neutral position in
performing the relevant analysis and reflecting the results
within these periodic reports. The annual reports address,
inter alia, macro data associated with the different trade
mechanisms (the spot market, bilateral contracts and
IRENEX ), market competitiveness, players’ performance,

challenges, and future steps. In order to achieve our goals,
we, as a part of IREMA , are open to all constructive

opinions and suggestions to improve the annual reports.
